Property Manager

Job Description: Must be a self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit in order to experience success.

Job Responsibilities: Support the daily operations of property management by performing light accounting tasks, coordinating repairs with maintenance, organizing property viewings with potential tenants, and tenant screenings. In addition, will be responsible for performing periodic property inspections and coordinating maintenance work (if qualified).

Job Requirement: Must have an active or inactive Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (Ohio).

Leasing Agent

Job Description: If you have an active or inactive real estate license and enjoy property management, this might be the right for you. Must be a self-starter and be able to take on new tasks and responsibilities. Roles could eventually lead to other opportunities and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities: Leasing specialist. Support the daily operations of property management by organizing property viewings with potential tenants including tenant screenings. In addition, will be responsible for performing periodic property inspections for commercial and residential properties including coordinating maintenance work orders.

Job Requirement: Must have an active or inactive Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (Ohio). No exceptions.

Compensation: Leasing – Commission based per unit leased. Other duties – 1099 Independent Contractor
